Diet & Exercise
I am not going to get into how to diet & exercise. There are plenty of resources online for that already. I want to simply state the importance of both and list some benefits as it relates to your sex life. Daily exercise can get you out of a funk of laziness and apathy and help you become a sexy wife.- You will have more energy & stamina
- You will feel better if you are eating healthy
- You will feel toned and strong
- You will have less fat and more muscle
- You will have more confidence
- Being fit is sexy!!
Flexibility
Working on your flexibility is a good core skill for being a sexy wife. Because men or so visual, it is a wonderful gift to be flexible.Some benefits are:
- Less pain during sex
- You can achieve complicated sex positions
- Being flexible is just simply sexy
- Work towards the goal of doing the splits!
Doing The Splits
